With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Great little spot for 2. Everything you need to make yourself comfortable & well appointed and there are so many hidden gems within a few blocks to keep you busy and away from the King Street parade.
This property was perfect. It was safe. It was close to everything we were looking for. We wouldn’t change a thing. The parking lot was underwater due to a recent storm, and the property manager found us a spot immediately, so that we could park our car safely, and at no additional charge.

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. This is a charming, cute, and well adorned home just a block off King Street. We were able to walk to the Market in just 15 min. We also appreciated the off street parking, as this is not the normal in downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!
Location was perfect for our short Charleston visit. Free bus easy to find. Place was well maintained. We appreciated a quick response to minor issue we had.
We enjoyed our stay in Charleston! The property was easy to find and well-maintained. Communication with the management was top-notch. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for two people. Thank you!
We liked that it was easy walking distance to King St., Meeting St., etc. There were restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice pizza and breakfast/lunch spots were very close by as well as some small, interesting locally owned shops. Our bed was comfortable the shower spacious and the kitchen was nice as well. We had a great time!
Had a great time! Clean, bed comfy, location is great. I would say the only negative thing is the parking. You have to have a very tiny car to park. But we found on-street parking so we were fine.
The place is as advertised. It is small but perfect for just my wife and I for a few days. The location is perfect. Easy walking to great restaurants and shops. Parking is tight. Anything more than a mid size suv will not fit.

This unit is one block off King St. We found it perfect. There’s currently a construction site across the street, but we weren’t bothered by it at all. Within a 1 min walk is Island Provision for breakfast /lunch /coffee. 2 doors down is a great small pizza shop. 1 block away is bougie Chubby Fish. All 3 were fantastic! For two people this place was perfect!
Property was as presented online. Good location and very clean. The driveway is indeed very narrow. We had a small suv and managed okay, but it’s tight.
Accomodations were as stated, clean, quiet and perfect for a couple. When the listing said narrow driveway, believe it !!!! Very little clearance between the two houses,have to back in to park.
Very clean (and I’m picky!) home. There were a few tiny things like missing light bulbs but the owner was extremely responsive, emailing back very quickly. Convenient location. A little bit of noise from the attached unit but quiet neighborhood. Recommend!
