Designed for couples or small groups, this home blends cozy design, modern amenities, and a rare private parking spot in the heart of downtown Charleston. The Space: The space is bright, fun, and full of charm & character :) • Comfortably sleeps 4 • Downstairs features a queen (memory foam!) sleeper sofa • Upstairs loft-style master bedroom with walk in closet + full bathroom • Smart TVs in both living room & bedroom w/ Netflix capabilities • Fully stocked kitchen • Washer & Dryer in-unit All in all, this the perfect home for a couple or small group that wants to be in a private, quiet space while still being just steps from the action of King Street! Very accommodating when I messed up our arrival time. They have the basics. Don’t expect anything over the top - only four towels, one wine glass, etc. Bathroom is starting to tire - grout is stained, etc. We liked the location - it was great for walking etc. There is construction across the street and looks to be for a long while. It is noisy during the day. That obviously can’t be helped by the owner - just be aware when booking so you aren’t disappointed. Bottom line - good solid no frills place to stay while in Charleston. ##### Bente W. There were a few tiny things like missing light bulbs but the owner was extremely responsive, emailing back very quickly. Convenient location. Bed was really comfortable! We didn’t use the kitchen at all, but it was very roomy and would be great to use if needed. Only issue we had was the driveway is SUPER TINY. We were told a “normal sized” vehicle would fit. However when we arrived in our Honda Passport (not a large SUV) we wouldn’t fit. Thankfully info for a parking deck a few blocks away was provided.
