The place was perfect . Very clean and a 5 minute walk to King Street. Each bedroom had its own bathroom , which was super convenient when we were all trying to get wedding ready ! Being walkable to King St is perfect. Great coffee shop across the street (Daniela’s).The house is a great layout for couples traveling together. There was a very rowdy couple of groups that stayed at the same time we did. We were on a bottom unit and it was very loud above us. Stayed with a group of friends and house was very clean and modern. Every bedroom has a full en suite bathroom which was so convenient. I really appreciated how communicative and accommodating the property manager was! The locations is great, 10-15 min walk to stores, great bars and restaurants. A few things to note: the walls are thin, you can hear voices and footsteps from unit B which is upstairs of A. didn't bother us too much since we were there over the weekend and stayed up late ourselves. the room in the very back is right outside of the shared pool, and was very noisy whenever there were people at the pool. the bedrooms can sleep 9 comfortably. the 10th and 11th persons would need to use the pull out couch. I wouldn't recommend this as it would take up too much of the living room space. overall, enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back! ##### Penny Z.
