Relax with the whole family at our peaceful, bright, and cheerful bohemian cottage nestled in the heart of Riverland Terrace. We provide everything you need for a home-away-from-home retreat! Enjoy the screened in porch overlooking the organic front yard garden, sleep easy in cozy bedrooms complete with organic linens and mattresses, enjoy back yard patio and fire pit. We are walkable to restaurants farmers market and entertainment venues!

Amazing property within golf cart ride to dinner

Amazing getaway in a quaint neighborhood that was fun to ride around in. Being able to rent the golf cart was a huge hit for our 10 year old. Nearby food options were awesome. We’ll be back for sure!

Came into town for some wedding prep meetings and had a great time staying here. Loved the antique malls nearby and it was perfectly located between folly and Charleston. There was a great park just down the block for our dog to run around at. Would stay here again!

Great place and neighborhood

Comfortable, quiet, and dog-friendly. Abigail even has an HBOmax account she lets guests use (I finally finished Deadwood). Excellent neighborhood for walking. There is a park with dog park and community garden not 100 yards from the house. Also an easy walk to several good restaurants and bars.

Every Little Detail

If you’re looking for a little bohemian cottage with every detail considered and provided, book this house now! Beautifully decorated, incredible “starter” supplies - fresh happy hen eggs, local fresh ground coffee, organic half and half AND non dairy creamer, a bottle of organic wine, Aperol and Campari, fresh cut local flowers, live plants, and every spice, tea, and upscale extra you can imagine! Air purifiers in every room, pristinely clean, adorable front porch and back yard, and super comfy bed with very high quality linens! It felt like home from the moment we walked in! These owners know what they’re doing and how to spoil their guests! Location was perfect - 15 minutes to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Walking distance to multiple parks and dog parks. Beautiful community garden steps from the house. Wonderful long weekend!!

We had a short weekend stay for our small family. The location was perfect, easily accessible to the beach and downtown Charleston. The neighborhood was super charming and the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend riding the golf cart to the little pier and playground in the neighborhood. It was a highlight for our kiddo. I do want to note the property wasn't exactly as advertised in the listing. Ultimately these were minor inconveniences for us. The house was decently clean, charming as can be, the beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. Things worth noting: There is a tiny house in the backyard of the home with it's own renter. This impacts the feeling of privacy as anyone staying there will park directly in front of the house and walk past the front door and through the yard. There were no chickens and the gardens in front and back were completely overgrown with weeds. The backyard was not usable with how overgrown it was. The screened in porch is lovely but the cushions on the seats were moldy and the porch area could use a cleaning overall.
