High quality furniture and appliances. The location is very good, a few minutes away from downtown and all the restaurants and bars yiu might want to go to. Negatives: The appartement has a kitchen but nowhere to eat! No dining table or counter with stools to eat if you didn’t plan on going to the restaurant all the time. The area is very noisy from the upstairs neighbours jumping around late at night to cars going down the street with full bass. The side neighbour also has dogs that can be heard growling quite loudly from 2 of the rooms during the day as well as at night. However this was kind of expected considering this is an older building and not necessarily as well insulated. ##### Carine F.
