Hotel Phoenix was such a great choice for our weekend in downtown Atlanta. The staff was truly amazing — welcoming, attentive, and full of good energy from the moment we walked in. The entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a modern vibe that made the stay feel special, especially since we were in town celebrating my son’s 16th birthday with his friends.
The only downside was that the pool closed at 8:30 PM. We arrived around 7:30 PM after sitting in heavy downtown traffic from all the weekend events, so the boys didn’t get as much pool time as we hoped. But honestly, that was the only hiccup.
Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel, the atmosphere, and the experience. The vibe was everything, and we will definitely be back.
