This was a little gem we found in the heart of Old Town Chania. Our room overlooked the walkway along the seawall above the unique restaurants. We were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the sights. Staff was very helpful and arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel. They even arranged our transfer to Heraklion. The breakfast that was included was quite varied and plentiful.

We stayed at the hotel to start our honeymoon and despite telling the staff several times what a special occasion it was we were never offered so much as a congratulations. We received 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person and attended reception to request an additional towel and were told that they didn’t have anymore and “maybe tomorrow ask housekeeping”. About an hour later, housekeeping repeatedly tried to access our room, knocking on the door and trying their key card despite us asking what they needed. The location is incredible and so convenient and the breakfast was excellent and the lady there every day was so sweet.

Great experience! Room cleaned everyday, breakfast was excellent! Bed and pillows were comfy. Great location! If you have a car you will need to find parking on a side street and walk to hotel as it is all pedestrian streets here

Nice hotel in the center of the old town. The room was very spacious and in very good shape. The breakfast was located in another hotel and generally ok, but not amazing. Overall I would recommend this hotel. If you are a breakfast person, maybe skip the hotel breakfast and opt for one of the many cafes in the old town.

This property was perfectly located in old Chenia town, close to the harbor. The staff were very friendly. Elizabeth with the breakfast buffet, was especially warm and helpful with travel tips and suggestions. Thank you so much! As you made our stay very comfortable!!

Beautiful place and overlooking olde town harbor and restaurants. The room was the size of three rooms and had a large jacuzzi. The balcony was great to sit and people watch and watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Chania!
