This place is special, now I know why Mick Jagger stays here, the amenities, the staff, the location at the harbor, this is truly a 5 star resort, the food is outstanding, start your day off with an incredible breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant Zepos which is owned and managed by Litsa who is an amazing lovely woman, you will feel at home and with family, the menu is extensive and the food is all 5 star, extremely accommodating and everyone is fantastic which adds to making your stay memorable, we travelled all around Greece and this was our last stop and we did save the best for last, luxury at itโ€™s finest.

The staff is amazing here. So kind and helpful and friendly. It was old mixed with new that made it special being in the old town of Chania. The breakfast was delightful and delicious. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay over the Easter weekend. Staff were so welcoming and helpful but not intrusive. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful we did not need lunch. We ate at the restaurant for dinner (slow cooked Easter lamb) which was delicious. Chania itself is charming

Hotel staff was great! Always willing to help and guide us on what to do, where to go and also brought a lot of experience on what would make our experience better. They go out of their way to accommodate and help. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best Iโ€™ve had and it by itself was a great experience. Room and hotel made the whole stay in chania perfect, as it feels you are staying in part of history with all the amenities and it is a well kept property.

The room was excellent with an unparalleled view of the port of Chania! The staff we so friendly and attentive and were always ready to give us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and more! Breakfast every day was delicious (and very filling!) and getting to walk outside and be in the center of Old Chania was simply incredible!

Outstanding location, room design, and staff

Situated in an absolutely perfect location on the harbor, the staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely organized, with many amenities and provided toiletries. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely return here and stay again.
