The Villa is beautiful, the pool was amazing, and nothing can beat the views. What was more impressive however was the wonderful support we received from the staff and coordinators. When you first arrive your breath is taken away at the expansive views of Soudas Bay, gorgeous flowers, olive trees, fruit trees, vegetables gardens and the amazing pool are a WOW. The villa is so beautiful, with everything you could desire, no details were forgotten. Everything was perfect. The beds are amazing, so comfortable, 1st class. Dimitris the manager is so kind, so thoughtful, was there making sure we were supported in every way. We are so incredibly grateful to you. Our hearts smile when we think of you. This Villa is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we landed we were treated so well. The owner met us at the Villa even though we arrived very late in the night. He showed us everything we needed to know and answered all questions. He provided us with a welcome gift of food, juice and a bottle of wine. After traveling for 24 hrs we were exhausted and starving; he helped us order pizzas to be delivered to the villa. Throughout our stay whenever we ordered delivery he was always available to help us with the order and provide delivery information. He was available throughout our entire trip when needed and was very responsive and helpful. The next day we were greeted by Dimitri who was also available throughout our stay. He was very helpful, responsive and was just a phone call or text away. By the end of the trip we felt like Dimitri was family. Such a very kind person. We miss him already! The pictures do no justice of what this magical place looks like in person. It is absolutely breathtaking! We have zero complaints! We just wish we could have stayed longer, but we enjoyed 13 days in paradise! The only thing you will regret is not booking this villa! Every couple or single had their own room and bathroom, The Communication with the owner and staff was first rate. The pool was spectacular, and the grounds were beautiful. Unfortunatly we had an African orange dust storm while there, everyone said this was the first of this magnitude of storm. the staff came out and cleaned EVERYTHING. It took them more than one day to clean, but they did a great job. The only draw back is the hot water. It is on solar and if you have cloudy days you must turn on the heat on the electrical panel. It was not an issue once we were told that. We would highly reccomend staying there. it is perfect for large groups, weddings, parties and fmaily reunions. It is close to groceries and local food. We had a fantastic caterer that came to the house twice, once for welcome dinner and the toher for my 60th birthday. If we could, we would rate it a 10, not 5 stars because it was double our expectations it made our stay in Crete so enjoyable. The home is gorgeous, impeccable and inviting. We didn't want to leave it during our stay, which is saying a lot because Crete is loaded with gorgeous beaches and beautiful sites. It provided us with everything a luxury hotel does and so much more, from the spacious, immaculate and well decorated rooms to the expansive and inviting yard and pool, and all the amenities. The owners Manolis and Aliki left no stone unturned, from the plush bathrobes and slippers to a fully stocked kitchen and bar, multiple flat screen tv's and latest sound system, to very comfortable, cozy furniture, beds and linens. We thought very hard about an aspect that wasn't perfect, and couldn't come up with a single one. This place is the bomb! Manolis, Alliki and Kostas and their team were so attentive, down to the private pilates sessions poolside. We highly, recommend this magnificent villa to anyone who enjoys vacationing well and feeling like your at home when you're away from home. We look forward to visiting Crete again and returning to this villa; the only thing we would do differently next time is stay longer. Homeaway staff were working proactively to find solutions and kept us updated all the time. They also replied to all questions on mail/ phone calls. Absolutely fantastic service, Thank You ! House; we were 8 adults and 6 kids. The owner of the house was waiting us next to airport and took us to the house. He showed how everything is working incl. all pool toys etc what a way to start the holidays. The house was the BEST of the BEST quality, much better vs. on pictures. I cannot say how treated we were as the owner showed absolutely fantastic customer service during our stay and was helping with our smallest requests during our stay. We needed to go to hospital during our holidays and he drove there 4am to help and fix everything with doctors! He fixed taxis, yacht rentals everything without any hesitations and with short notice times given, fixed restaurants, helped with car rentals... I/ we have never been treated like this before; a top notch service from the owner and his wife and their westie (we were missing our Westies at home so he took their dog to the restaurant to ease the home sickness 😊).
