### La Tribu - Station de ski accessible à Pied

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Chamrousse, within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 34 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub).  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 34 m² living room with lounge area (TV, double sofa bed) and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub)  
\- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A sleeping area in the entrance hall (with a bunk bed sleeping two)  
\- A second sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeping two)  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Outside:  
\- A 12 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
\- A leisure area shared with several buildings, located 450 metres from the flat and open during the winter season (from 6 December 2025 to 12 April 2026 - opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change by the resort).   
• 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when the outside temperature is below 20°C)  
• 1 hot tub  
• 1 to 2 saunas (depending on usage)  
• 1 fitness room  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities:  
\- The ski slopes are 300 meters away, with the Bachat chairlift (4 seats). Meet at the ESF Chamrousse 1700 at the foot of the chairlift to purchase your ski passes! For cross-country skiing, the Nordic area is accessible on foot! (10 min)  
\- Tree climbing (5 min walk)  
\- Via ferrata climbing  
\- Horse riding club in summer, 10 minutes on foot, and dog sledding in winter  
\- Mountain biking and road cycling  
\- Grenoble (45 min)  
If you come out of season, almost all the shops are closed. Feel free to check with the tourist office before your stay.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.  
  
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Grenoble, about 17 miles (39 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Grenoble, about 50 miles (1 hr 14 min by car)  
\- Bus T87  
\- Free shuttles run in Chamrousse with a stop in front of the building during the winter and summer seasons
