"Prior to our trip the host was very helpful & communication was excellant. Unfortunately we got to the gate at 3:45 and the gate stated our names were not registered. We had to get back in line 3x & it took 45 to get through the gate & another 15m to get into the home due to another issue. The gate blamed the host & the host blamed the gate.
