"It not a bad hotel but it’s most definitely a three star hotel , it’s has a lot of potential but it’s currently being renovated so like the rooms are old some of the furniture has rust and the beds aren’t super comfy but it will most definitely be a great hotel when it’s done "

"Nothing like the photos, the water park was very small with some water slides not functioning, the water was cloudy looking, rooms were not very nice, towels had other peoples hair in them. The whole building doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 1970s. They have a crappy sign out front with a Ramada tarp hanging off halfway. The room we had didn’t have roaches or other bugs but it was filled with mildew in the bathroom and sink area. The complimentary breakfast was awful and consisted of biscuits, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast and cereal. They did not have cereal bowls or any type of bowls available. The staff was okay but we were ignored by the bartender at the pool for over 10 minutes trying to order drinks"

"A beautiful resort with absolutely amazing things for kids. They definitely need some more staff in order to keep things up and running a bit more smoothly. Otherwise we will definitely be back to enjoy the amazing pools, and the water park! "
