"Very clean and spacious accommodation with polite, professional and helpful staff, generally good value for money with a range of amenities to suit different age ranges and needs however after going to the resort for 26 years (most years) I resent having to pay for the Surrey bikes ($10 per 30 mins) which was always part of the amenities in a rising service charge environment and now an introduction of a nightly car parking charge ($7 per night) where owners park at their own risk - albeit the resort is very safe and always has been"

"The experience overall was pleasant plus the location was great. When we walked in the room it was incredibly moist and smelled bad. There were hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest. They picked up garbage, fixed the bed and towels every day but no other cleaning other than that. The fridge was tiny and barely cooled. Overall, the property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice as well with the exception of a lady working the night shift the Saturday we stayed."

"The main slides and lazy river were closed including the larger slide in the kids area. Phone in room didn’t work. No towels in any room bathrooms. Room was not clean, hair from previous guests on pillow and in bathroom. My son had a live roach in his room. Hallways in our building were carpeted a d smelled like mildew. Our second night there we were woken up not once but twice by the hotel fire alarm going off, people running to evacuate in the middle of the night. No idea what caused it and we were never told. Poor experience."

"We stayed for a weekend athletic event that was at Disney. This was a great location! We enjoyed the variety of dining options, pools, and I really enjoyed the fitness center. This would be a great location for family get aways. I loved that our room had laundry and a kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again. "
