I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Everything seemed fine at first, but when it was time to lay down and I turned off the lights, I started seeing multiple roaches crawling around the room — on the walls and near the bed. It was absolutely disgusting and made it impossible to relax or sleep. I immediately felt uncomfortable and couldn’t believe a hotel room would be in such poor condition. For the price I paid, this was completely unacceptable. The management really needs to take care of their pest control and cleanliness before renting out rooms to guests. I would not recommend staying here until this issue is properly addressed.

The hotel, staff....all were great. However, the mattress was absolutely horrible. I had a bad night of sleep because it was difficult to sleep on such a mushy, old mattress. I had a friend in another room and she said the same thing. For this reason, I would not ever return to this location.

The motel was off the main streets so there was a lot less traffic. The staff was amazing--so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The housekeepers did a great job keeping the whole place very clean. All in all, it was a great experience and we will be back!

There was alot of items in our room that were broken. The furniture was dirty and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom needs updating and it was alot of noise outside of our 1st floor room. Well to say I was not happy with the hotel bc of the cleaning crew knocking when I clearly displayed the do not disturb. Called the front desk and it happened AGAIN! I called the front desk AGAIN and he was not happy with his employees not following instructions. The gentleman at the front was very sorry and apologized for the mistake. He said he called hotels.com and requested a 25% refund. I have yet to see that. But if that does come through. I would feel confident in returning to the hotel. I'm sure they're better places to stay and if you want to afford the price difference then I would stay Marriott.
