"Ardévaz I", 5-room chalet 140 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed, hand-basin and shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill) with dining table. Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beau chalet et belle situation. Par contre, dommage que les sanitaires soient un peu vétustes.

Bien placé avec une vue magnifique !

Le chalet est confortable pour 8 personnes. Ces deux salles de bain sont un +. Il est bien aménagé et pratique. Le chauffage à l'électricité n'est pas pratique.

Protection escaliers

Seul bémol manque un portail ou une barrière pour protéger la descente des escaliers qui amènent aux chambres situées au sous sol . Heureusement l’ agence nous en a trouvé une , qui nous a sécurisé cette endroit Dangereux pour les enfants escaliers assez raide

Toller Ausblick jedoch altes Haus

Insbesondere sollten die Lampen und Zimmer-Ecken wieder einmal abgestaubt werden. Die Abwaschmaschine wäscht nur halbsauber (oder gar nicht). Die Betten sind zum Teil sehr durchgelegen. Auch das Cheminee funktioniert nicht bzw. darf nicht mehr betrieben werden. Die Elektro-Öfen insb. in den Badzimmern sind mit kleinen Kindern sehr ungeeignet. Die Aussicht ist jedoch einfach toll!

Assez joli chalet

Chalet situé dans une zone très calme, mais éloigné du centre d'Ovronnaz. Un bus toutes les heures c'est peu! Peu de place pour se parquer autour du chalet. Chalet manquant d'entretien, porte d'entrée branlante, lave-vaisselle qui ne lave pas! Table pour manger trop petite pour 8. Mais chalet très propre et magnifique vue.
