In the resort 450 m from the centre of Thermalp (bains thermaux), 1.3 km from the centre of d'Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 1.9 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: large, well-kept terraced garden with lawn. Table tennis, boules. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars), single garage. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 700 m, bar 400 m, bakery 1.3 km, bicycle rental 1.3 km, bus stop "Centre thermal Berney" 500 m, railway station "Riddes" 11 km, thermal baths "Les Bains d'Ovronnaz" 450 m. Chair lift 1.9 km, slopes 1.9 km, ski rental 1.5 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).  
"Le Souvenir", 5-room chalet 168 m2 on 3 levels, south facing position. Object suitable for 8 adults + 2 children. Spacious and bright, partly renovated in 2022, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower and TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, steamer, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. 1 room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Bath/WC, shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: luggage room. Balcony, south facing position, large terrace, south facing position, small terrace, west facing position, large garden, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
