Oriented to the south, the property benefits from abundant natural light throughout the day and was fully renovated in 2020, combining comfortable and cosy furnishings with a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The main level serves as the heart of the chalet, featuring an open-plan living and dining area appointed with a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this space and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. A separate WC is also located on this floor. Direct access from the main level leads to a south-facing balcony of 15 m2, a south-facing terrace, and a south-facing garden of 30 m2, all offering very beautiful views of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 of the 3 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
