Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Scrambled eggs French style creamy delicious. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, clean room right in heart of great part of town for easy access to everything. Mont Blanc views from private deck overlooking the river, which lulled us to sleep and cooled the room each evening. Would stay here again!

Lovely hotel just off the Main Street with a beautiful view of the mountains. Cosy foyer,nicely furnished plus a nice bar and a garden with a pool. Staff were extremely welcoming and we were lucky to get an early check in (for a small fee) which we were grateful for after 9 days hiking in the mountains. The Room, though slightly small was clean & the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the shutters to darken the room for sleeping. Just in the hallway was a tea/coffee station which was a nice touch. We would be more that happy to stay again in the future.

I do not give many hotels a rating of 5/5, but this little hotel had a lot going for it. They had a person actually at the reception desk. Not a code to enter, or a phone to gain access, but a real person, who was always there and was very nice. Internet was fast. Beds were comfortable and made up well Breakfast was good. Driving there was confusing. This is how to do it. It is on a one-way road. You enter from the mountain side and stop to the side of the barricade. Have someone run into the hotel and ask them to bring out the key to open the barricade. Enter the street and turn immediately to the left next to the hotel. Unload and then continue down the one way road to park (no barricade to leave).

Very comfy bed and room very clean. Great views. Was a bit noisy outside but only for about an hour in the late afternoon. If you’re a tea lover, loads of varieties on offer but no English Breakfast Tea. Coffee is good.
