"Room was spacious and opened out onto a beautiful view leading up the high street, stairs were a little daunting at first but overall a fantastic place wish we could have stayed there longer!"

"Everything about this hotel is excellent! The staff were very helpful from check-in to check out. Clean room, modern amenities, spacious, accommodating, helpful staff! Free pick up and drop off from Zermatt’s train terminal, free luggage storage service after we checked out and had to go skiing, they even let us use their spa shower after skiing. Will come back gain. Thank you Fleur de Zermatt! "
