Vivian at the front desk was always helpful and friendly, Son on the concierge desk is a wealth of knowledge for any recommendations you may need. "This is our 3rd stay at the property. Great location. Staff are amazing - My at guest relations is the best! Huynh, Phuong, Nhi and Tuyet are always friendly and helpful - even remember how I like my steaks and eggs for breakfast after first day! Chef Phuc and Huy are great - waking up at 6:30am for their breakfast buffet is truly a treat. And so many members of the team that I don’t have space to acknowledge. This is a special place where I want to keep coming back and stay longer each time."
