You don’t need a car. We did not use the parking but there is a parking lot they use across the street for a fee. We are already planning on coming back and staying at the French Market Inn." The poor employee was not trained and it took over 45 minutes from when i walked in to when i started the check in process. There 2 people in front of me. Also, was given 2 queen room when I wanted a king. We were in a hurry and i did not want to go downstairs to change rooms because of time constraints. I mentioned to staff and they were willing to switch rooms for us, but we had already taken showers and i did not want to put the staff out any more. Person running the front desk needs more training before being put in that situation. Everyone's patience was running thin, but no one got obnoxious waiting."
