"Rooms seemed a bit dated, but being right off the beach and right across from food and entertainment was perfect. Rooms around us were smoking what seemed to be everything, and it fed into our room, but not a hotels fault. Overall, excellent, but be prepared to pay the extra $600 in fees when arriving. If unaware it can cut into budgets pretty heavily."

"I love the fact that this hotel is located by the strip. A lot of the stuff I wanted to do was walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is very quiet so it is a good place to relax and unwind on vacation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, my room was bigger than my real life apartment! I would definitely stay here again."

"This was our 5th time staying here. It’s not the fanciest but we love the location, the pools and the beach. We never do all inclusive because there are so many amazing restaurants on the island. The staff was very nice except there’s a rude kid at the towel place by sea tower. I’m not sure why you can only have one towel. You put one down to sit on because the beach chairs are not the most comfortable it gets soaked and you have nothing to dry yourself with! For some reason, our room was only cleaned twice the whole week which was ok but we had to chase someone down in the hall for towels one day. And I called two weeks in advance to request a particular building we wanted to stay in, but when we got there they said they had no note in the computer. Luckily they ended up moving us to where we wanted to be but we shouldn’t have to do this as we’re checking in every time."

"We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a short walk from the beach as described. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our needs were taken care of immediately. We stayed for three weeks and could see that the property was continuously being maintained and cleaned. The gym was good . The configuration of the house was a little awkward and we did not use the rooftop as much as we imagined because it was a treck to carry food and utensils up 2 very long flights of stairs and then back down again when done. It was however magical to sit on the roof at nighttime and look at the stars. There was a smell emanating from the drain in the main bedroom shower which we were told would be taken care of after we left!!! Which didn’t really help our cause. We took the unit knowing that the second bedroom only had twin beds… it would be nice to have had beds that could zip together or at least were the same high for our married guests… and it was this factor and maybe the price that would put us off going there again… although I think it is an excellent deal for a family."

"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my stay at Rui Palace Antillas - Adults Only from May 28, 2026 to May 31, 2026. As a frequent traveler, I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of hospitality and unprofessionalism displayed by your front desk staff, Rebeling. Upon arrival, I was not provided with any information regarding the resort itself, beach access, pool hours, restaurant and club locations, operating hours, or where to have lunch after a long travel day, which is unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. Furthermore, I was assigned a wheelchair-accessible room, despite not booking or requiring one. When I sought assistance, I was dismissively told to check the app instead of receiving service. I was initially assigned to room 537, the hallway was extremely humid with worn carpet and a horrible smell. As a solo female traveler I was assigned a room at the very end of the hallway beside an exit door with chipped paint and didn’t close completely. I did not feel safe and had trouble sleeping because of the room I was given. The staff member, Rebeling I interacted with was unprofessional, unpleasant, and lacked any form of empathy toward guests. Her attitude was not only unfriendly but also suggested a lack of desire to assist guests, making her unsuitable for a front-desk position. Due to this experience, I am questioning my future loyalty to the RUI brand."
