"Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. "We had the ocean view room. It was clean and had a beautiful view, but very small and not enough room to hang or put away our clothes. The bathroom was very tiny as well. The sink, besides being so small, it didn’t have enough space in the sides to put our toiletries. The location is good, but if I knew better, I would have chosen a hotel in Ponta Verde, instead Pajucara. Much nicer area. The staff were friendly, but the hotel needs some improvement. The breakfast was good. "
