We stayed at sister hotel “Casa Brasileira” for 8 days during rainy season…. And loved it so much we aré already planning our next stay. We feel Pedras do Patacho is perfect for younger, cool people. As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share: -The most amazing staff and customer service: everyone is kind, proactive- and not on your face. -High-end decor (each in their own style: one hip and cool; one warm “old fazenda” charm -perfect bed: soooo comfy -high end linens and plates and details you don’t even imagine. Sip coffee on design fine china cup. Breakfast served on fun and fancy Tania Bulhoes plates. Soap tray. Water bottle next to bed. Lamp…. Wherever you look you discover something special - be prepared to gain weight as you get tempted with the most delicious cafe da manha, and cha da tarde - great food -great ambiance Loved it

PÉSSIMO DOS PÉSSIMOS

Ficamos no quarto com ofurô, número 15, uma construção com base em contaieners, ao lado tem outro quarto exatamente igual. O ruído é absurdo, escuta de tudo o que acontece no quarto ao lado. Ofurô não tem climatização, ou seja a água está sempre Gelada. Fui acordado às 7 am , com um casal ao lado fazendo treino de academia, ruído absurdo, música !!! Desconforto total!!! Se vc quer experiência de alta qualidade , fuja desse local, longe ser boutique experience

Experiência incrível. O hotel e a localização são perfeitos. A praia do Patacho é um espetáculo. As comodidades, a atenção e o carinho no atendimento, bem como todos os detalhes são realmente diferenciados. Um refúgio para quem busca sofistacação natural e calmaria. A vista do deck do hotel é terapeutico para o maravilhoso café da manhã servido. Notal mil para todos os funcionários e a gerência do hotel que garantiram toda o conforto e a programação dos dias que passamos por lá, com um Natal acolhedor.

Hotel incrível, atendimento maravilhoso e sem retoques. Só pediria atenção com relação à piscina: Em uma das paredes laterais tem um “sugador” fortíssimo e quando me encostei sugou minha pele, mas não teve nada. Minha preocupação é que possa ter problemas com mulheres principalmente, por conta dos cabelos longos. Sugiro resolver só isso. Voltarei com certeza!

Ficamos muito decepcionados! Não tem uma recepção a altura do nome do hotel não tem banheiro na recepção! Nso tem sequer onde esperar… caso esteja chovendo! ! Um restaurante com escadas, que dificulta o acesso e o movimento de quem ali trabalha! Quartos lindos, mas com escadas contorcidas, muito desconfortável! Praia boa, água quente, , paisagem maravilhosa! Quase deserta! Não é recomendável para qualquer idade ou qualquer pessoa! Tudo muito distante! Funcionários espetaculares, com destaque para o Leonardo, David, André, Ana Carolina, Dafne, Alê, Ronaldo… mas, não voltaria! Piscina pequena e realmente não tem um lugar para se acomodar, enquanto espera por qualquer coisa! Café da manhã interessante! Ótima

Atendimento impecável e sem igual. A pousada é linda, porém acredito que é possível fazer alguns reparos. No quarto em que hospedei estava com um vazamento de água na privada, a porta estava com um vão que permitia que outra pessoa olhasse para dentro do quarto, além de pequenos cuidados com a limpeza no ripado de madeira no quarto. Mas tirando isso foi perfeita, comida saborosa e praia calma e tranquila. Um verdadeiro refúgio.
