Amazing luxury hotel

I had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel in Barra de São Miguel. The location is perfect, right on the beach with stunning ocean views. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were spacious and elegantly designed. Dining was a treat, with delicious local dishes. The infinity pool and spa were great for relaxation. This hotel offers everything for a perfect luxury getaway, and I highly recommend it.

O hotel é novo, bonito, a praia belíssima, porém tivemos a infelicidade de pegar uma micose por causa da má higiene dos lençóis e quarto. Fomos ao médico no dia seguinte da nossa saída do hotel e o resultado foi micose fúngica devido a ser uma região de praia e não ter tido uma boa limpeza do quarto, lençóis e toalhas.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e cuidados o tempo todo. O hotel tem um foco incrível no bem-estar do hóspede, sempre oferecendo mimos como coquetéis de frutas, toalhas geladas e café da manhã até as 11h. A praia em frente é linda, com mar limpo e calmo, e a piscina é superagradável. Destaque especial para Daniel e Marcus Vinicios, sempre atenciosos e prestativos. O hotel é excelente e exala tranquilidade e conforto. Os funcionários são bastante prestativos, apesar de algumas vezes não conseguir chamar a atenção para atendimento (fazer pedido na piscina ou na praia). O quarto é muito bom, a cama também. Os travesseiros (tem menu de travesseiros) que pedimos foram ótimos. A tv apesar de enorme não tinha todos os canais da lista (a grande maioria fora do ar, só funcionando os de tv aberta). A divisão do banheiro funciona bem (área de banho, pia e sanitário separados). A água tinha bom controle pressão e temperatura, apesar de demorar a esquentar. O exaustor do vaso sanitário não estava funcionando. O café da manhã é bom, porém nada mereceu muito destaque (faltou um pouco mais de tempero, o que é compreensível por tentar atender diversos públicos). A comida do restaurante Le Sururu é muito boa. Gostamos de tudo que comemos. Faltou ter disponível sprite. No geral, a experiência foi excelente e dou uma nota 9,3.

Gostei muito do hotel! Excelentes instalações, modernas e muito bem decoradas. Quarto amplo e agradável! Poderia colocar a máquina de café acima do frigobar pois ficaria mais prático. Café da manhã muito bom. O diferencial é o atendimento dos funcionários, sempre muito prestativos e atenciosos. Praia em frente na maré baixa é uma piscina, muito boa.

Simplesmente perfeita em todos os detalhes e cuidados. As instalacoes sao impecáveis e novas. A praia na frente e supercalma e tranquila e o atendimento dos funcionários é exepcional. Recebemos presentens e supresas desde o início da hospedagem ate o final. Um dos melhores atendimentos que ja vi em um hotel. Impecável. Deram brinquedos de areia pro meu filho e lembracas que nos ajudaram a comemorar nosso aniversario de casamento. Me senti mimado, no melhor sentido da palavra. Voce se sente unico e especial. A minha hospedagem neste hotel foi incrível e tornaram as minhas ferias especiais onde consegui relaxar e apenas aproveitar todos os momentos, nao precisei me preocupar com nada.
