"The location can’t be beat! I really enjoyed my stay with my view of the canals and easy access to sites and transportation. Would give five stars, but I had a refrigerator that didn’t work and after reporting it there was no follow up. There was also a lot of construction going on in the lobby and at times some of the services were not available. I would stay here again."

"This is my second stay at this property. I love it the first time around this time it felt a tiny bit ran down but I must say it’s been probably 5 or 6 years since my first stay. The staff were amazing, very helpful and pleasant. The 5 euro bottle of water is a rip off but it’s your only option outside of going to the grocery store. Not quite sure I would stay again but having a shuttle to the airport is definitely a plus, Happy Travels TM"
