"Beautiful property with so much history "

"The hotel is in a fantastic position within walking distance of the historic centre and Convento de Cristo, but has loads of parking and spacious grounds. The rooms are large and comfortable although perhaps the bathroom was a little dated. The restaurant was very good. The overall impression was a really friendly place with helpful staff and a really good atmosphere. We would definitely recommend and return. "

"What a little gem this place is, a perfect little find, the location is absolutely stunning, there are loads of pools to choose from and the breakfast is fantastic. Rooms were spacious with great views, beds were very comfortable and the family space had 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. Staff are friendly and accomodating. "The hotel room was dated. Floors need to be refurbished. The bed was not very comfortable. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms in the room. I liked the size of the balcony, however the balcony glass was not clear not sure if was becuz of ocean mist or just needed to be cleaned. There was a good ocean view. The shower in the bedroom wet the floor every time you showered. I was not impressed and actually disappointed for a four star hotel. "

"Hotel Oslo was a convenient stay in Coimbra. I appreciated the free parking. Breakfast was not elaborate but was sufficient. Room was comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the town. The best part, however, was the rooftop lounge at night. Comfortable chairs, nice ambiance overlooking the city. "

"We had rooms looking out over the beach, which were just amazing. As we were there off-season (start of June), parking next to the hotel was easy. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Mildly disappointing that it didn't have coffee provided (even instant form). We paid for breakfast as the options outside the hotel weren't vast, but found breakfast was very good value, so we didn't mind. There are also a number of nice restaurants and bars nearby, which is something we weren't expecting."
