The hotel is very new, opened end of April 2017. Very clean hotel The staff are fantastic.

Fabulous hotel - almost Belmond but not quite. Rooms are excellent (must comfortable beds with down pillows). Breakfast is superb. Pool service a bit sporadic but overall the staff were wonderful.

We have just returned from a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for a lot of tastes. The hotel was very well located for an easy walk into the old town. Plenty of nice restaurants to try nearby. We would not hesitate to recommend the Pousada de Viseu and hope to return ourselves one day.

Outstanding!

Perfect stay, very close to restaurant and bar s in the heart of the old town. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay in the Sapentia. We were there for a week and got to know the local area well and built a nice relationship with the staff too. The Hotel is situated in great spot, some of the rooms have great views towards the river. The only issue is parking. The location is on a tiny street adjacent to the University. If you can, don’t have a car. If you do, prepare to have to move to about a bit potentially. The hotel helped us a lot and we managed ok, the car remained, miraculously,...

Maravilhoso!! Todos os detalhes bem pensados e super child friendly. Pequeno almoço delicioso, vista linda do mosteiro, piscinas grandes e espaçosas! O espaço de criança tem muito brinquedos e tudo limpinho! Muito obrigada por tudo! Esperamos poder voltar brevemente!

Perfect hotel to relax and enjoy as a couple, especially when using the spa facilities. The staff was amazing and making sure we were having a nice stay. The breakfast buffet was really worth it.

The property was located very close to the Fatima pilgramage site. Reception staff were friendly were very welcoming and helpful. Very clean building, rooms were well maintained and cleaned regularly. Breakfast buffet had good selection of food and drinks. Theres also a souviner gift shop in the reception area for last minute gifts.

The hotel is very close to the shrine . Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. Would recommend Restaurante A Tasquinha where the food was excellent as was the service. We also enjoyed going to Manhas Restaurant which has been a family favorite. .

I stayed there for 9 nights and would certainly recommend without any hesitation. Good location and cleanliness. Staff very attentive to the needs of each guest. Everything spotless! Thank you all and keep on the great work!
