"Very nice “business” type hotel in Barajas right next to the Madrid airport. So close that it is possible to walk across the highways on a footbridge to/from the airport. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the town has some charm and nice restaurants. We returned a rental car to the airport, walked to the hotel and enjoyed a relaxing evening in Barajas before our international flight. Curiously, we didn’t hear airplane noises the entire night! "

"All the staff from the those at the front desk to the bar and restaurant are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good and has options for everyone. The food at the bar is good and has vegetarian options. We took the shuttle from the airport (door 14 at Terminal 1) and the return shuttle from the hotel. The shuttle does not have to be reserved. There was lots of room for our golf clubs and suitcases even though the shuttle was full. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed...
