"I took a chance on this hotel and I am glad I did. It was right in the center of EVERYTHING! We rented a car, but never drove it because everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. I paid for the upgrade and was able to check in early, which was perfect considering my flight arrived at 7:55AM. We had free breakfast, two cocktails daily & 4 bottles of water per day, along with late check out. However, the only drawback was we had no hot water the entire 4 days I was there. They managed to fix it and we had one night of hot water, but every day after was luke warm. Overall it was a great stay, location and experience."

"The hotel staff were friendly. It would be helpful to have a quick tutorial at check in for how to use the key card for the elevator and prepaid parking. the little market is well stocked with decent food. I'm not sure why we got the handicapped room but it was nice and linens VERY clean. Easy access to Music City conference center and Broadway fun."

"In my 3 nights not one day was the room cleaned. I don’t want it done every day but one out of three days would have been reasonable. $30 breakfast buffet was very pricey. Overall I enjoyed my stay"
