"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. We eventually gave up and ordered an Uber, and even the driver struggled to find the hotel.
The location is also much farther from the city centre than we expected, and the views were disappointing.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Expedia also handled the situation very well and provided us with a full refund, which allowed us to book somewhere more suitable.
Overall, I would think twice before booking this hotel, particularly if ease of access, location, and surroundings are important factors for your stay."
