Fantastic location , 100 m walk to the ski lift . A state of the art Hotel , excellent facilities , extensive breakfast and amazing staff . Very impressed .

Extremely helpful and friendly staff - even remembering how we liked our coffee at breakfast. I’m a restless sleeper so personally don’t like quilts that don’t have a cover, just sheets on top and underneath but otherwise the room was very good and cleaned beautifully. Great location.

Staff were great, secured parking for motorcycles, large rooms, good location.

Really enjoyed our stay, this is our 2nd time at the hotel. Breakfast is of a good standard. Rooms and building could do with an upgrade but for the amount of time spent in hotel it didn't bother us. 5min walk to ski lift (clotes), hotel mini bus also on hand to take you to lifts if you don't want to walk. Good location.

Excellent hotel with good facilities and first rate service. Great bar area. Mini bus service to take you to the slopes and, located in old town, easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Perfect for our short Christmas ski break

The staff are just amazing and the sauna is great after a long day in the slopes. Breakfast is nice and simple but very tasty. Location is perfect, short walk to the slopes

A beautiful classic hotel next to the train station and city centre. Lovely rooms, spa and an amazing roof terrace. The staff were excellent, and we really enjoyed our 3 nights here.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.

The hotel is very close to the Porta Nuova train station. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I loved the fact that there were quite many coffee bars where I could buy freshly baked croissants and pastries. The room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. What makes this hotel outstanding was the friendliness of the staff at the reception. I felt immediately welcome. Upon arrival I was given a larger room than the one that I booked. Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel. The bar and restaurant were great. Lots of parking. Nice rooms.
