We came across this place purely by chance, as we had a day in hand while driving across the state and were simply looking for somewhere with an outdoor pool for some R&R. What a find, and rather better than some random Hampton Inn!!! It's a beautiful place and even us jaded Brits were impressed with the historic house, the decor and the setting. The hosts were attentive and friendly but, with no other guests there, we really felt we had the place to ourselves. Would highly recommend.

Unique feel of an early 20th century mansion. The host Pat with entertaining history lessons upon artival. The lavish interior of th rooms and entire house. Breakfast in the garden. 30min away from Falling Water.

Amazing B & B in a beautiful building. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was spotlessly clean & the breakfasts were lovely. We would not hesitate to recommend this to family & friends.

A cool modern hotel with a well-worked rock theme close to a great modern concert venue, Mickey’s Black Box. Everything was good. The only minor gripe; the breakfast buffet was good but cost over $15 per person when other hotels provide similar for free.

Room was clean, no overpowering smell of deodorizers or disinfectants. Everything in the room was well maintained and worked.

We visited from Ireland, along with our friends from Maryland, at the end of June. The hotel was lovely and perfect for our trip to Lancaster and visiting the Amish Country. The hotel has a quirky steamboat design (tribute to the designer of the steamboat) and elegant southern style. The rooms were also elegantly styled and very clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy - Cole at reception was super helpful. Room was great - nice and clean. One of the light bulbs did not work but no complaints otherwise. Lovely hotel and courteous staff.

I spent two wonderful days based at The Lodges exploring the Gettysburg battlefield. Very comfortable and spacious lodge accomodation and very well equipped. On my second evening I bought a bottle of wine from The Lodges wine list and sat on the rear deck of my lodge and enjoyed a glass or two just staring out across the battlefield toward Little Round Top. It was a sublime moment I will never forget and I will always thank my lucky stars I chose to stay at The Lodges.

Excellent B & B in centre of Gettysburg. Brian & Amybeth were super hosts & the breakfast, cooked to order, was delicious. We had the Catherine room which consisted of a separate entrance, a bedroom, lounge with tv & bathroom. Would definitely recommend.
