Spacious cabin, very quiet property that the kids loved exploring (we used the free fishing pole rental for a quick trip to their pond), few other guests while we were there. This stay was amazing. These are cute little cabins. You can rent the whole thing or rent the one room or one bedroom. We took the whole cabin. The cabins are named for the states that were in the Civil War. We stayed in Indiana. Very comfortable and clean. The location was great, out of Gettysburg but close to Gettysburg and the battlefield. The restaurant was wonderful. Our cabin “Alabama” had the absolute best view, looking towards the battle fields, such a great view. It was peaceful and clean. It is rustic with a sort of antique feel in the room furniture. The restaurant and bar was great. Bartender Kolten, was very personable and attentive! Wednesday night they had a steak special, great dinner! Our cottage was super clean but in need of new mattress in master. The views from porch were awesome and we enjoyed a walk down to lake and the trail up and around the property. The drive to downtown and national park is only 10 minutes.
