"We had a family Sunday lunch here and then stayed overnight. The lunch was lovely, in a grand setting and with excellent service. We had a small room on the mezzanine floor, but it had a separate living room with a TV and was very pleasant. Our only criticism would be that the bath had only a hand shower and no curtain or screen, so if you just wanted a shower you couldn't avoid getting the floor wet. "No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...

"The flat was as described, clean and pretty spacious! Felt safe and secure. Parking was tight but super good to have considering the parking in Luton is terrible. Really no complaints. Made breakfast there daily. Upstairs neighbors very noisy. We could walk to all places needed and relatives home. Was perfect for our trip. Owner very quick to reply and be very helpful. Thanks. "
