"This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at, the hotel was SO DIRTY. I found a condom wrapper next to the night stand. The bathroom was dirty, tub had dirt and hair. None of the nightstands were clean... avoid this place at all cost."

"Only thing I ain’t like was having to get pool towels from the front desk. Because I didn’t know! We got in the water and had to walk to the front desk wet and cold to get towels. Other than that. GREAT HOTEL IM STAYING HERE EVERY TIME IM IN GRAND RAPIDS.. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. THEY GOT ONE OF THE BEST SHOWER HEADS I EVER SEEN WITH UNLIMITED HOT WATER.OMG WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES. HOTEL WAS SO QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATED BY EVERY STORE AND RESTAURANT YOU CAN THINK OF. WORTH THE MONEY."

"The Amway is always a class act. We stayed in the older Pantlind side on request. Just love it. Our in room coffee maker delivered undrinkable, tea looking coffee, and we didnt see a container to put ice in for our wine. It also would be great if the parking wasnt so expensive if you stay at the hotel. Overall a great stay otherwise. They let us check in before 4. We will be back."
