The Montford offers four comfortable bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for a crowd, including five beds plus a queen air mattress.

The main-floor bedroom features a queen-size bed and is conveniently located next to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower—ideal for guests who are unable to climb stairs.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed and another with both a queen and a twin bed in the same room. These upstairs bedrooms share access to the master bathroom and a cozy upstairs living area, perfect for relaxing or gathering as a group.

This home is perfectly placed so you feel safe and close to everything!! You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. And you’re just a short drive to Bronners Christmas store. This home has been tastefully decorated and is clean. Perfect layout for multiple families as you can split up easily. This upstairs is a separate living area. Host was very easy to reach and communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Lovely oasis in the middle of downtown Frankenmuth

My partner and I absolutely loved this cute apartment-style lodging. The master bed was the comfiest I've slept on in a while, and the room itself was beautiful and spacious. Can't wait to come back for my next visit!

This was our first time in Frankenmuth and it will not be our last! This home truly added to the overall experience of our trip. Communication with Christopher was fantastic, the home was incredible, and the location could not have been better. Even walking with a two year old, it only took us about ten minutes to get to the main "downtown" area of Frankenmuth. We couldn't believe the size of the house, layout of the rooms, and how it had everything going we could ask for while staying. I genuinely don't believe there is anything more we could have asked for other an not having a winter storm on the last day, so we could have soaked up every last minute in the house. Our family can't thank Christopher enough for the ability to stay in this home. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this lovely Apartment. There was plenty of room for my husband & I, along with his sister, brother-in-law, and 2 nephews. Stairs to reach this upstairs location were a bit steep so be prepared. We would stay here again.

The house was in wonderful condition and host was very welcoming. This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were able to have our Family Christmas all together. We had a group of 10, who stayed at the house- 5 adults and 5 children (including 2 babies). There were 4 bedrooms with plenty of room for all of us. My youngest son, his wife, and child joined us on Saturday just for the day. There was so much space on the main floor and lots of seating. The kids had lots of room to play and the babies were in seventh heaven with all the room to crawl safely. There were 2 kitchens and an upstairs living room in addition to the one downstairs so when we needed a little down time we could spread out. It is in a great location, close to the Main Street and in the summer would be a short walk. This place provide us the blessing of being able to celebrate being all together for the first time in a while. Excellent service.

An understated Gem

First, property manager Chris was a great communicator. Kept us informed and promptly responded to our questions. Updated us when ready to occupy and was ready early. The outside of the property is misleading as once you are inside you see the decor well done, clean, and functional. Convenient to the Frankenmuth main street shopping. Would stay again.

Perfect for our girlfriend getaway!

The accommodations were exactly as pictured in the listing. The unit was well appointed and spotless. We had the good fortune to meet the young lady who cleans the apartment, and she looked after our every need. The owner replied to all of our inquiries very promptly. And the location was ideal. It was a pleasant walk into town. The walk back gave us the opportunity to work off some of the calories we added during lunch and dinner. We made some wonderful friendship memories during our stay In Frankenmuth!

The property was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location to downtown Frankenmuth. Everything from St.Julian Winery on one end to Tiffany’s on the other end is within walking distance. My only complaint would be that all the restaurants in Frankenmuth (not the property owners problem) close really early. So it’s a good thing there’s a wonderful kitchen in this place with plenty of cookware and utensils to prepare your own food. There’s also a nice little bar across the parking lot if you can catch them open and a 7 eleven just up the road. Chris was a wonderful host and was very prompt responding if I had a question.

Adorable Accommodations

The cutest accommodations in Frankenmuth! My husband, 4yr old twins, 5m old and myself all fit very comfortably in this 3 bedroom rental. The owner did have a baby gate available if we needed to block off the flight of stairs you must take to access the rental. It’s located above an old quilting shop and has been newly renovated. I was worried how warm it would feel with temps reaching the high 80s during our visit but the AC kept up great and we were very comfortable. The master bedroom had plenty of room for our pack and play and a cute little seating area I was able to enjoy while I fed my baby. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch for our family along with a little eating area for 4. Great location to downtown and within walking distance of a great little splash pad.
