"I definitely feel like I should've gotten housekeeping services every day for what I paid for, but aside from that, I had a decent stay. I wish I could've gotten a room away from the elevator and the door to the stairwell, as that was annoying to hear at night sometimes. Also, the airflow in the room was not the best, so it got warm in there sometimes."

"Beautiful and perfect hotel! No complaints at all. Excellent large and clean rooms. Perfect location. Great saff. Excellent amenities (pool, outdoor seatings, garden, breakfast and food, etc). And top tier amazing breakfast options being offered on the outside garden/pool section. I had one of the best breakfast burrities. Delicious meal and keep in mind I am extremely picky with the way my scrambled eggs and potatoes are cooked. Great server. I would definitely stay here again, it is a historical hotel that looks great despite the age. It could do with some renovations to make the rooms more beautiful, but overall zero complaints. The lobby and halls are also wonderful."

"My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend."

"Room is super spacious and perfect for travel and needing to work remote. Small kitchen had full accessories. Only issue was there was a weird mildew smell in the hall but was not a major factor for my stay."
