"The biggest issue I had was the water in the room don’t work correctly. I notified the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed. The shower would turn completely off while I was in it. The sink faucet wouldn’t release water when you turned the nozzle on. The toilet wouldn’t flush everytime you tried to flush it. They definitely need to do something about their plumbing. "

"Lots of hidden charges, $60 if you park in their garage EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE, the property information states they are “pet friendly” but do not have adequate areas for dogs to do their business, and they charge $75 pet fee despite not having facilities to manage them. They also charge you a $150 deposit and say it will take 5 days to go back to your account, I have little hope that they will return my deposit at all, even tho we left no mess, my dog is well trained, and we stayed only 1 night. The room was ok, blankets are terrible, the hallway carpet smells of mist and urine."

"The Omni hotel is excellent- the staff are all super friendly and helpful - The receptionist Prime was particularly friendly, sweet and helpful to us - a really great receptionist to have on the front desk:0) and Charlie was great too and helped us out with our cases. The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable and it has a lovely atmosphere. Thank you! "

"The place smells, they have water bugs on the ceiling. Room has no working fridge or working ice machine. The staff is rude during check in process and on top of that $20 extra for parking??! "
