"L'albergo si trova in una zona tranquilla e non trafficata. Personale H24 e disponibile. La mia camera molto bella: grande, con tanto spazio (anche con divano) e non la classica stanza di hotel piccola. Forse metterei una TV più grande ma non è fondamentale. Nella doccia aggiungerei un contenitore con il sapone attaccato alla parete. Il prezzo è decisamente più basso rispetto agli altri hotel di Budapest."

"I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this place! From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. Genuinely a 10/10 experience and one you won't regret if you book. We will definitely be back next time we visit Budapest. "

"Concierge services were great. Helped us get a restaurant reservation for a large group and arrange transportation to the airport the next morning. 5 plus stars for the concierge services! Check in was not great. I checked in at the exact same time as our traveling friends - literally side by side. It was 2:51 PM. Both rooms were ready and my friends were given keys and my wife and I were told to come back at 3:00 to get keys! I honestly thought the young man was kidding. 0 stars for the young man checking us in! Room was nice and clean. Shower temperature bounced around quite a bit. Other than that it was a nice hotel in a great location."

"Very nice hotel with great staff and amineties, pool, bar, spa and restaurant. Affordable breakfast with lots of choice. The only down side of this hotel is the size of the shower. I'm a men of 5,10 ( 177 cm) 200 lbs (90kg) and in order to take a shower I had to wet my self shutt the water and soap up than re start the water and rince my self other wise I would splash water every wear in bathroom because the lack of room in shower made me involuntary open the shower door. No big deal as fas as I'm concern just a little ajustement that I had to do. I highly recomand this hotel very well located in the tourist area near jewish sector."

"The hotel was very well connected, within walking distance of the train station and with plenty of transit options nearby, making it easy to get around. The bed was comfortable. I was a bit surprised there was no complimentary water, which feels like bare minimum in today’s hospitality standards. Another downside was the noise, as you could hear doors from other rooms closing and slamming quite often, which could be disruptive at times."

"Nice historical hotel with nice large rooms. This hotel has the ability to be a 5 star but just missed the mark. Poor evening dining experience, and the bar and bar help needs improvement. The breakfast is very good in a gorgeous ballroom, previously Queen Elizabeth “Sisi” of Hungary“ “Sisi’s Ballroom”. Here it is they have this historic palace where the Empress of Austria lived but yet chooses to put evening dining in a bar off the reception with poor wait staff and dining settings, when they have the ability to make a Michelin Star restaurant in “Sisi’s Restaurant” where they hold breakfast every morning. Otherwise, this hotel has wonderful rooms, in a great location, nice area of town, and somewhat close to grocery and other restaurants. It was a very good stay and would definitely consider staying here again."
