Great hotel overlooking the water and close to all amenities. The hotel was clean,attractive and served a great breakfast. This included cereal,yogurt fresh fruit ,juice,tea,coffee and a hot entree.yummy! There were lovely verandas on which to relax and enjoy the sea views. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. We stayed in ALISONS loft which was comfortable but more suited to a younger,more agile couple due to the steep stairs to reach it. This property is very quirky and unique with nice arty pieces in the rooms and public areas. The bed was very comfy but the shower was not the best. The area is quiet but you might woken by the occasional night train. The walls are quite thin so we could hear the people in the next door room. The owners are very welcoming but make sure they are aware of your breakfast dislikes as there is not a large choice.

Rooms are functional and retro. But wow what a setting. Direct on the beach and an out of this world location. Waves crashing in and sat in the deck its heaven.

Very welcoming, Aaron showed us our room. It was lovely and clean. Bottled water in the fridge. All you could ask for. The bed was really comfortable. We could walk to local bars. Really would recommend a stay here. Thank you very much. Sioux and Martin.

Excellent location with direct beach access. Great room with Ocean view

Fantastic location, great accommodations all units are 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, some units are ocean front but every unit does have an ocean view. Full kitchen facilities with large fridge and ice maker. Direct access to the beach via the boardwalk from the rear of the property and you are able to rent sun loungers and umbrellas if you so wish.

Fantastic experience in every way

We only really used this as a stop over before our cruise. We arrived in the early evening after an international flight and then got up, had breakfast and left for the port so did not use the facilities but they all looked fine! Breakfast was good - we enjoyed making our own waffles with a good selection sauces. Breakfast had all the things you might expect! Room was big and clean! Not lots to walk to from the hotel though handy to have a Burger King just outside!

Great staff. Didn’t manage to jump in the pool but had drinks at the pool bar and lovely atmosphere. Concert was great. Staff so friendly. Hotel smells amazing

Very close to beach with excellent bar & restaurant

I am very well pleased and satisfied with this hotel for the price. Very good breakfast and Starbucks coffee! Very spacious rooms. Fast internet and fairly comfort working space. Very close to Melbourne airport, slightly far from the historic centre, but still many choices around and close to the hotel.
