"The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! He was so kind and friendly. We were less than impressed with our accommodations. He did mention that our windows were frosted but we didn’t know that they were frosted because we were directly over the kitchen in their restaurant and the patio that was off of our room had some large and noisy HVAC units.
