"A great place to stay for visiting RM National Park. Only minutes from Estes Park, as well as to the major east side entrances to the Park. Our unit was very well equipped, spacious. Would gladly stay there again!"

Nice residential area close to grocery and othe conveniences. Only suggestion is to have mattress pads on beds to prevent sheets from slipping. Very comfortable; we'd stay again."

I inquired if the house had an iron and Dave was very nice and double checked the house on one of his visits. I appreciated him making sure we had what we needed so I didn't need to lug an iron around."

"My husband and I stayed here for our daughters wedding. We were there for a week. Everything was very nice, clean and organized. I wish we had more than the 2 dish towels provided. I use about 4 in my personal kitchen. That would be my my only criticism. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend! Loved that it was so close to the wedding venue at Red Rocks Barn! It was close to restaurants and downtown as well."

"We had a good stay, the property is in a good location and had all the necessities. This was our second stay in this place. A few things that would improve the stay are larger cutting boards, heavier blankets, better wifi, improved couch, shades for the patio that are more light blocking."
