"From the moment we entered the Lobby, you are greeted with a smile. Checking is was very easy and we even arrived about 2 hours before check in time and our room was available. That’s a BIG Plus for me. The grounds are spectacular! You can see how every little area is neatly manicured. Our room was At. It was on the bottom floor and we could sit out on the patio looking at the pond and listening to the relaxing sounds of the waterfall. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable and a nice large size TV. My husband wanted to treat me to Quail Lodge for Mother’s Day and it certainly was a very nice treat as I totally had a relaxing time. We stayed only one night but we will be certainly going back again for st least a 3 night trip."

"This was our first time to stay at this hotel. Clean, fresh, modern. Just 10 minutes away from downtown Carmel which was nice."

"When check-in is at 3pm and they have no rooms avaliable and unsure when clean rooms will be ready is ridiculous. Ice machines are broken, pool was undergoing maintenance. When I indicating I would be leaving, they made some calls and the pool became avaliable. No hot tub, even tho there is a picture on website. Front counter staff were young and non apologetic. This is NOT the hotel to book for a fun, relaxing day trip. This is a place for workers/fly in business type. Majority news channels, not updated to play Netflix or anything like that. Had to wipe down bathroom before using. Pretty disappointed for $290 plus parking. Will not return. Would recommend if you do not want anything other than a bed and breakfast."

"My wife and I really like this place. We like to stay in this area and when we do, this is a go-to for us. The price is right for a nice place to stay. Rooms are nice, staff is very accommodating and the property is clean and conveniently located to popular surrounding places of interest. We will definitely stay there again, and again."
