Very clean rooms. Excellent ambiance and decor in the room. Comfortable bed. Huge shower cubicle; big enough for 3-4 people. Buffet style breakfast is excellent with plenty to choose from: Meat and vegetarian. Freshly prepared daily by the lady chef Nurcan. All friendly and helpful staff with smiley faces all the time. The exclusive penthouse room was an absolute delight to stay in. I was fortunate enough to be able to check in earlier than expected, which was a lovely start to my stay. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained and cleaned daily. It was well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and a daily supply of bottled water, as well as complimentary toiletries. Lovely small hotel a short walk from center of Uçhisar; a charming, less touristy alternative to Göreme. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service friendly and breakfast is a delicious spread of local produce and homemade jams. Highly recommended!

A really unique and beautiful hotel. Our cave room was spacious, clean and comfy and we had a really nice view of Pigeon Valley. Breakfast was another highlight, there was a vast buffet of delicious traditional Turkish foods, from pickles to salads to eggs to sweet bakes. But what was most special was the staff. The reception was so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Hamida, who helped is plan our days and suggested so many amazing restaurants and travel agencies. Would definitely recommend!

Central location in central Goreme. Buffet breakfast was lovely, and some very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is next to a mosque so you hear the call for prayer early morning and late night, but I would assume you would hear this in most hotels in the central area. The great service and staff still meant we would highly recommend the hotel.

Loved our stay at Sah Saray Cave Suites. Staying in the cave rooms was a unique experience and very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The Manager actively engaged with guests daily and nothing is too much trouble. Would 100% recomend staying here.
