It was the staff that made all the difference! Excellent service. Centrally located for most of the popular sights. Hotel's exterior may need a make over but rooms are cozy n has everything one needs. Great stay overall.

Staff are friendly but in the buffet rushed off their feet. Buffet food variety isn’t great. A la cartes are good but not worth the extra cost. Hotel needs a refresh, carpets are stained, paint peeling, cracked tiles by the pool etc. A good budget holiday break but not an ultra all-inclusive resort.

Wow! everything you could need is here, such attention to detail in terms of everything design,deco, staff , and facilities endless what a beautiful place to be.

"Great value. All-inclusive food buffet was amazing, alcohol was inclusive. Waterpark with slides was great, though pools were a little chilly, even on 27 May in 80 degree heat.
