Let’s start with the pros: the customer service was excellent and the property is very well maintained. Now for the cons: the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything around us which made sleeping well not easy. The staff would begin cleaning fairly early and were very loud: Talking loudly and moving furniture. I could hear conversations the people next to us were having as if they were in the room with me. Next, the food was average but I suppose that is to be expected at an all inclusive. We brought our 14 year old daughter and there were not any activities for kids her age. It definitely seemed more of a place for families with young kids. It’s hard to know which resorts are best for teens since they consider ‘kids’ 12 and younger. So I wish we had known more about the typical age ranges and activities available. Overall, our stay was ok. I rated it a bit lower mainly due to the beds and pillows not being very comfortable and the noise issues in the rooms.
