"Was ok took 20 min to check in no one at front desk. "

"It was a ok stay. There was quite a bit of ice build up on the inside window frame. Would be nice to have actual cutlery and plates and glasses at breakfast instead of wooden cutlery, paper plates and cups. Parking cost ($10/night) was not clear upon arrival, you’d think parking would be included in your stay, I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel."

"Property is outdated, not in good condition. Heat in my room took 8 hours to heat up from 15-20 degrees. The heat was off when I arrived. Outside temperatures-14. Not very pleasant. Cieling cracking, windows letting in cold air. Pillows lumpy and very old (not comfortable at all) I would never book here again. "

"Room was clean. Daily housekeeping good. Breakfast on Friday was amazing. Real plates and cutlery and BACON!! Breakfast Saturday and Sunday was a little less spectacular and budget friendly for the hotel. Still fine. Our bed was very soft. Maybe too soft mattress old. Forced cuddling. But we still slept well. The TV wouldn’t get all the channels from the cable. Possible the line from the wall to the tv needed to be replaced. Very fuzzy and scrambled. Wifi was good and strong. Pool and hot tub were ok. Quiet and Clean on Friday. Hot tub on Saturday was busy and dirty. But really what do you expect when you take a bath with a bunch of strangers? Anyone for human soup? Needed to call to get towels in the pool area filled as they only bring out a few at a time. Affordable. Not really near anything so glad we rented a car. Would stay again for the price and Friday breakfast. "

"Our building was under renovation due to the Jasper fire. Host, our room has been renovated and was very comfortable, quiet and had a great shower and furnishings. "
