"I check out 10 mins after I checked in the hotel conditions are unacceptable.. it took 30 mins to check in because there was system issues.. while waiting to check in the desk attendant (I later found out was the manager) keep getting smart with me.. I didn't have a key to my room which is very unsafe.. someone had to walk me up to my room to let me in... the room had roach eggs under the pillow.. I tried to turn on the heated immediately the smoke detector went off.. the only good quality and...
