Through a porch guests enter the house, where the entrance opens onto a large living room with exposed beams, furnished with sofas and armchairs, dining table and TV. The independent kitchen is well equipped, fitted with everything guests may need to prepare delicious meals and also provided with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom with a ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower and, finally, a utility room with a washing machine. From the living area, through an internal wooden staircase, it is possible to reach the second floor where there is a second living room equipped with a French sofa bed and an attic double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. Outside, the villa has a large pergola equipped with a barbecue, sofas, deckchairs and a dining area, as well as an exclusive access to the private beach through a gate. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. The wonderful city of Cefalù offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is known for the Norman Cathedral, a XII century fortress-built like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaic and tall twin towers, nearby the Museo Mandralisca that offers archeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe pure air. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Was allerdings fehlt, sind ausreichend Kleiderschränke, so mussten wir aus dem Koffer leben. Der Empfang durch die Agentur war suboptimal, daher Punktabzug. Wir hatten Tage vor unserer Ankunft versucht, den Mitarbeiter vor Ort zu erreichen, der immer beschäftigt war und uns abwimmelte. Irgendwann war er dann bereit, aber leider wollte er die "Lagedaten" ausschließlich per WhatsApp senden, was niemand von uns benutzt anstatt uns einfach zum Hotel zu bestellen, das direkt um die Ecke liegt, uns dort abzuholen und zum Haus zu bringen. Erst als wir es einfach so machten, ließ er sich darauf ein. So war der Empfang leider etwas enttäuschend. Fragen und Anmerkungen an die Agentur werden leider gar nicht beantwortet oder nur sehr knapp, wenn man gar nicht mehr damit rechnet. Im Schlafzimmer fällt die linke Schranktür raus, wenn man den Schrank aufmacht. Wir hatten das gemeldet, aber es schien die Agentur nicht zu interessieren. Der Grill im Garten war nicht zu benutzen, da schmutzig, den hätten wir erst schrubben müssen. Unseren Müll mussten wir am Ende zur Deponie fahren, wenn man kein Auto hat, etwas schwierig. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein schöner Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und die große, schattige Terrasse fanden wir sehr schön. ##### Petra S.
